NEW TEMPLATE!!!

Yay! Sometimes I really think I'm a genius. This template was designed for Diaryland, but me, being the wizard that I am, used it for Blog. And to think that I don't know shit about CSS! Argh! It was taxing but the feeling of satisfaction is tremendous. I'm so tired now; after all the editing, trial and error. But I guess, I like this template. Cos it's all white. Makes me work on being a better person, and less angst-y! Hee hee. But the picture is a bit too sappy me thinks. However, I guess the caption kind of make up for it. I like the caption. Yea.

:: Absurd ::
An absurd happening took place today. Seems like dejavu, but the only difference was that we've done this before.

Tuesday. Nisa, Nurul, Ika, me. Opposite Bt. Batok bus interchange. Near the traffic light. Time: 7.20-7.25am. Hailed a cab. Reached school in time.

Today. The four of us were late again. Gurdip's bus was damn packed. Nurul managed to get in the bus, but the 3 of us can't. So we decided to take a cab. Walked to the same spot as last Tuesday, which was just like what? 3 days ago? And we waited and waited... It was around 7.25am when we finally got a cab. While we were getting into the taxi, a bus which was bypassing honked at the taxi driver. Thus, the driver commented on the fact that we shouldn't hail a cab near the traffic light. Then he mentioned something about we doing this on the other day too. We were puzzled... which other day??? He then said something about us always taking cab to school. We were like HUH?! We resort to taking cabs to school only if we are realllyyy late. And then he proceeded in reminding us about taking the cab on Tuesday. This was when we remembered the incident that took place last Tuesday. Subsequently, I took a look at his license picture. Damn right, it was the same cab driver, and the same taxi afterall. Haha. It is so weird. Same taxi. Same spot. Around the same time. Just in a matter of 3 days. And to think that our memory failed on us.

:: Hockey ::
I know that this sounds weird, since it's coming from me. But, I just want to say that I do share the disappointment and sorrow. I can't really say that I understand how each and every one of you is feeling right now, cos I didn't train with you guys, I wasn't part of the team, and I certainly didn't play any of the matches. In a way, I'm just an outsider. However, I know that you all played for yourselves and the school. And as a friend to you guys, and as a member of *censored*, I do feel the pain that you guys experience for not being able to achieve whatever you dreamt for. However, this is not the end. Esp. for some of you like Nisa and Nurul. You guys have another year to redeem yourselves and the name of the school. I believe that all of you have the capability in bringing glory to yourselves, the team and the rest of the school. There's still another match. I know that you guys don't think much of the match now. However, I hope that you guys will fight like as if the it's the World Cup final, and eventually, winning it. I have faith in each and every one of you. Pick yourself up and focus on the next match. All the best guys!

::Poetry ::
I hate poetry. I was doing Lit Paper 8 just now, and I realized that I have no interest in reading poetry or appreciating it. I mean, why don't you poets just get straight to the point rather than beating round the bush with complicated lines that only you yourself understand. I am no psychic, even tho' I would love to believe so. I can't swim in your minds and know what the poem you composed is talking about. Sometimes it's so vague, I feel like grabbing a raffia string, tie it around my neck and strangle myself to death. I hate poetry!
Advice for poets: Get straight to the bloody point.

:: Common Test ::
Ok so common test is like... NEXT WEEK?! And I haven't done much revising... so... oh well, I really have got to get 2A 2A0s for this CT. Cos I don't ever wanna go to prep class AGAIN! Nooo! Then... I realized that LJH is sooo disorganized. I mean VERY disorganized, it's baffling. I wonder if he had forgotten/ had not given us any notes. He did that last year. And to make matters worse, the notes were NEEDED for revision for promo exams last year. I don't know how I got thru last year's promos. Not that I sit down to study and revise... BUT STILL!!!!....

:: School Song ::
Too pitchy! Seriously. And the piano solo is... unnecessary, if I may say. It was total crap. Sometimes the lines are sung fast, then some of the others are sung slow. Like... what the heck?! I think the school song shud be sung to the music of My All, Babe or NEGARAKU. Hee hee. That is if the SCs really want GUSTO for the school song since they were highlighting so much on that at the Lt this morning.

:: Cool pickup truck ::
I wanted to talk about this yesterday, but I guess, I forgot. Tee hee. So when bus 307 was stopping at the traffic light junction, I happened to look to my left and out the window. So there was this pickup truck stopping beside the bus. It looks like some ugly cheapo pickup truck but GUESS WHAT. There is a TV in the vehicle. How cool is that?! And the interior of the vehicle was so comfy. It was raining so the interior of the vehicle was all dark, except for the light illuminating from the TV. Cool as hell!!!
